1. Who we are
This website is operated by Tsop Tech Digital Solutions Ltd (“Tsop Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its office at Seferi 8, Limassol 4157, Cyprus.
For the personal information described in this policy, Tsop Tech is the data controller. This means we decide how and why the information is used, and we are responsible for protecting it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus data protection law (Law 125(I)/2018).
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit promotions.tsop.tech, the pages that describe our services and products, and when you use the forms on those pages to send us an enquiry, a project brief or a mailing-list sign-up.
Our main website, tsop.tech, and the way we handle information once you become a customer or use one of our platforms are covered by the Tsop Tech Privacy Policy, which follows the same principles. When we host websites, email or systems for our clients, we act as their data processor and handle that information only on their instructions.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
Each service page has its own short form, so the questions depend on the page you use.

Please do not send passwords, access credentials, card details or other sensitive information through our forms. If we need access to your systems for a project, we will arrange it with you through a secure channel.
Purchases
Buttons such as “Get Pro” on the AIS Dashboard Pro page take you to our store at crm.tsop.tech, where your order is handled. Payments are processed by our payment providers under their own privacy policies, and we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, our web server and our security provider, Cloudflare, record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the date and time, and the page that referred you. When you send a form we also record the IP address and time of sending. We use this information to keep the website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and this website does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, special categories of personal information such as health data, political opinions, religious beliefs or biometric data. Please do not include this kind of information in your messages to us.
4. How we use your information
We only use personal information when the law allows it. The table below sets out each purpose and the legal basis under the GDPR that we rely on.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it strictly needs: a session cookie that is set when you send a form, to stop spam, and security cookies from Cloudflare that protect the website against bots and attacks. It does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and it does not load fonts, videos, maps or other content from third parties while you browse. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie, what it does and how long it lasts.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:
- Service providers who help us run our business: hosting and infrastructure providers, website security and delivery (Cloudflare), email and communication tools, our customer relationship management and helpdesk systems, and data backup services. They may only use your information to provide their services to us, and must keep it secure and confidential.
- Payment providers, when you buy through our store.
- Professional advisers: our accountants, auditors, lawyers and insurers, where needed.
- Authorities: tax authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- A buyer or successor: if all or part of our business is sold, merged or reorganised, the new owner may receive the information under the same protections.
7. International transfers
We are based in Cyprus and store most information within the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our service providers, and some of our work for clients in the United Arab Emirates, may involve processing your information outside the EEA. When this happens, we make sure it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards that are needed. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above.

After this, we delete or anonymise the information. Copies in secure backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
9. How we keep your information safe
Security is part of what we do for our clients every day, and we apply the same standards to ourselves. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), spam and abuse protection on our forms, access controls that limit information to the people who need it, strong authentication, regular updates and monitoring, and secure backups.
No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection and, where required, tell you without undue delay.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete your information, where we no longer have a reason to keep it;
- Restrict how we use your information, for example while a complaint is being resolved;
- Object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- Data portability: receive the information you gave us in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another organisation;
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or use our help centre at help.tsop.tech. We will reply within one month. This can be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. Exercising your rights is free, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so that we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority:
- Cyprus: Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, dataprotection.gov.cy
- Greece: Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr
- Other EEA countries: your local authority, listed by the European Data Protection Board
If you are located outside the EEA, for example in the United Arab Emirates, you may have similar rights under your local law. Contact us and we will help.
11. Marketing emails
We send our newsletter only to people who have signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any of our emails, or by emailing [email protected] with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE”. Sending us an enquiry or project brief does not sign you up to our newsletter.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
13. Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, including our clients’ websites in our portfolio, our online store and platforms, our social media pages and our partners. We are not responsible for how those websites handle personal information. Please read their privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on our website.
