Is the AIS Dashboard free?
Yes. The live vessel map at ais.tsop.tech is free and needs no account. AIS Dashboard Pro adds Esri satellite imagery, historical replay, CSV and voyage log export and a cost & CO₂ voyage audit, from €19.33 per month or €193.30 per year.
What stays free if I don’t upgrade?
The live map with smart clustering, search by name, MMSI or IMO, filters, all three data feeds (Tsop Tech, Extended and Combined), the quick-jump regions, every hazard layer (JWC risk zones, earthquakes, fires, storms and the GPS anomaly zone), the insights panel and the maritime news ticker.
How do I activate AIS Dashboard Pro?
Buy a monthly or yearly plan on the Tsop Tech store, open ais.tsop.tech, click Sign In at the top of the sidebar and log in with your Tsop Tech credentials. Pro unlocks with no separate account.
How much does it cost?
€19.33 per month, or €193.30 per year. The yearly plan works out to €16.11 per month, which saves you 16% (about two months free).
How are fuel, cost and CO₂ calculated?
Pro estimates each vessel’s fuel burn per nautical mile, prices it at the live VLSFO rate and converts it to CO₂. Vessels above 0.60 MT CO₂ per nautical mile are flagged by the High Emissions filter. The figures are estimates for information and analysis, not verified emissions data.
What can I export?
You can export the vessels in your current map view to CSV and download voyage logs, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your BI tools.
Can I use the dashboard for navigation?
No. AIS data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The dashboard is for information and analysis only and must not be used for navigation.
